XmlSerializerDeserializeContent(XElement, Object) Method

Restores the inner state of an already created object passed in the obj parameter based on a saved XML, using a lower-level safe mode. Though it allows resolving types found in the XML content without requiring to enlist them as expected types, it denies loading new assemblies during deserialization, even if types are stored with their assembly qualified names. Works for the results of the SerializeContent(XElement, Object, XmlSerializationOptions) method.
