XmlSerializerDeserialize(TextReader) Method

Deserializes an object with the provided TextReader in the reader parameter, using a lower-level safe mode. Though it allows resolving types found in the XML content without requiring to enlist them as expected types, it denies loading new assemblies during deserialization, even if types are stored with their assembly qualified names.
