Context	Gets the context of the error.
Error	Gets the Exception occurred while attempting to execute the binding. You can set the Handled property to to suppress the error. Critical exceptions (OutOfMemoryException, StackOverflowException) cannot be handled by the ICommandBinding.Error event.
